Good 4 local internal flights at Reykjavic airport, University of Iceland / museum
You will need to make sure this is where you wish to stay especially if you book within 60 days of travelling, as not sure if booking platform or owner who required early payment of final bill with punative cancellation policy, so out of step with other booking platforms we used on our trip. Payment in US Dollars, which could be an issue with currency exchange rates. Also, lots of emails when wanting money but not so quick to respond and difficult to get response from once money paid - in our experience. The hot tub is outside your basement apartment, and overlooked by the household above and from a distance 150 to 200 metres away by anybody walking, running, cycling, driving along public highway. Good for local internal flights at Reykjavic airport across road, University of Iceland / Museum, and family student visits as it is close to the student areas, although very quiet neighbourhood. Long walk into city centre and uphill to get back - but good bus service (No 12 or 15). This review page removes my taskbar as I reply.

Wonderful stay
We stayed in the property for four nights, Tuesday - Saturday. The place is exactly as described, located nicely, close to the coast but within walking distance of central Reykjavik. The recommendations given by the host for e.g. shopping, ice cream and a bakery are all excellent. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely return next time we are in Iceland.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT! 100% RECOMMEND!
Wow, we loved this apartment! It had everything we needed and was soo warm and cosy! The hot tub was fantastic for warming us up after a long day of exploring! It was in a beautiful, quiet area and the views were amazing! It was about a 20 minute walk to Reykjavik centre which was perfect for us! I would recommend this accommodation to anyone - i'd much prefer this to a hotel any day! We had everything we needed, towels, shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee! it was great!

Really nice place
The location is really nice, nice quiet area with a good view over the sea. The check-in and check-out, and communication with the host was easy. All in all a really good stay.

Family stay in Iceland
A perfect location for family adventure to Iceland. Close to city centre but quiet street with uninterrupted views. Kids loved the hot tub which was remarkably quick to fill. Easy to park on street and head off on adventures. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay!
Wonderful, stay! Such a convenient location. After a long day of sight seeing it was the perfect spot to change and go out to dinner! Host was very responsive and location tips were helpful in check in materials.

Nice newly renovated apartment
We really enjoyed our stay here, at a nice, clean perfectly located apartment. The hot tub was good fun for the kids, and it was to get around from here.

Wonderful property - would highly recommend
Property manager is extremely helpful and easy to work with. The property was a gem. Great location and very clean. The hot pot in the back yard was wonderful to soak in and look at the sea. Location was fantastic, 10 min by scooter or 20 min walk to center of city.

Nice and cozy house
I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is on the level -1 of a bigger house. The view from the living room is amazing and it is nicely decorated and very cosy and confortable. The only complain I have is the fact that the owners from upstairs can be heard when going around the house. The first morning I thought there is someone on the same floor as me. So not the best intimacy if you care about this. I felt the fact that I am actually sharing a floor from a bigger house, instead of being part of an apartment. Nevertheless, I stayed there 5 days and I recommend it for solo travellers or work-related travel.
