Nice location. Extraordinary view of Hallgrímskirkja. Covered car park on-site. Secure building. Easy walk to shopping, grocery and restaurants. Interior decor is basic, but you have all basic necessities. Bedroom 2 best for kids. Few maintenance issues, but overall it was a clean, convenient place to stay.

Location, Location, Location
We could not have found a more perfect location for exploring Reykjavik and beyond! Literally across the street from Hallgrímskirkja Church and bus stop 8 which made for super easy access to buses/tour pickups. The church can be seen from almost anywhere in the city so that was our landmark for making it home after walking and exploring. Super clean, great bath with nice shower and plenty of hot water, kitchen met all our cooking needs. Kjartan was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. You can't go wrong with this apartment!!! **Tip for Americans: There is a "water tank" on the dryers(top left corner) that you will need to empty between loads or your clothes will never dry!**

Good - get the wifi and use google maps
Nice, clean good car at a great price. No hassle or presure to upgrade, even suggested to get wifi router for car which let us use google maps for nav AND saved us a ton on data roaming charges.

Great Location
The airbnb is in a great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. The owner is responsive to my emails and questions. The owner is also very accomodating, allowing us to stay 1 more night due to the weather storm. The place is very clean, beds are comfortable.

Perfect location for an Icelandic experience
Very nice and quite spacious apartment! We were 7 persons, so we had to use the sofa sleeper in the living room. But that was not a problem

Perfect location, clean and lots of space
This apartment was great for our family of 4. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and landmarks. Spacious living area to sit and relax after a day of touring and modern bathroom and kitchen. Off street parking was a bonus too!

Fantastic location on a modern flat
The flat is just as advertised with all furnishings and appliances. We were a group of 5 and had a very comfortable stay. It is steps to the Main Church, the bus stop 8 for tours. 4 blocks to the main street and 2 block from a community pool. The kitchen is modern and we were able to prepare meals for our group easily. There's also a small convenience store near by and a very good pizzeria. We loved our stay.

Incredible Apartment in the heart of Reykjavík
Beautiful apartment with an incredible view, super comfortable and cozy. It's so good that it led me to imagine myself living there in Reykjavík, in that home, i felt like a home. Super simple, practical and at the same time well decorated. Spacious kitchen with all the necessary equipment to make small snacks or family dinners. Comfortable beds, big tv, fast internet, and a quiet building in the heart of the town. Best location possible. We love it, we recommend it 100% and on the next trip to Reykjavík we will be staying there for sure.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment, well furnished with room for 5 to sleep, even without extra beds. The coffee maker was a godsend, and there is an excellent bakery nearby for breakfast.

A Winter Vacation never to forget
This apartment was in the perfect location! Close to shops and restaurants in town. Steps from bus stop 8, which made it perfect to meet our guides! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We had groceries purchased for us for when we got there. It was an amazing stay!

Great location convenient to downtown Reykjavik and several other amenities. Walk to Hallgrimskirkja across the street, Einar Jonsson sculpture museum and other points of interest. Catch the buses right out front and grocery shopping around the corner. Very clean and spacious unit... nicely furnished. Wifi on site. Laundry and parking on site. Excellent communication with Kjartan, the owner. Very helpful. Will definitley stay there again
